Thursday 8.30am - 11.30am
There are also early morning Commuter Clinics now running from 6.50 – 8.00am on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesdays. These appointments are all pre-bookable.

OUT OF HOURS
If the surgery is closed and you need a doctor urgently, there is always a doctor available 24 hours a day. Please phone 020 8969 0808 and your call will be answered by trained
staff who will pass on your call to a duty doctor.
For telephone advice please phone NHS Direct, a 24-hour helpline on 0845 4647.
Our practice uses the London Central and West Unscheduled Care Collaborative for all out of hours medical problems.
PROVISION FOR DISABLED
All the surgery is on the ground floor with wide passageways. There is a disabled toilet. All facilities are easily accessible by wheelchair.
PARKING
There is one disabled parking bay but no parking at the surgery otherwise.
PATIENTS' COMMENTS
Patients' comments and suggestions are welcomed. A "Comments and Complaints" box is situated at the entrance for your contributions.
COMPLAINTS
We always try to give patients the best services possible but there may be times when you feel that has not happened. Our practice complaints procedure is available on demand
from the front desk. If you are making a complaint please initially write to our manager. This will not affect your right to complain to the Primary Care Trust should you wish to do so.
